South Texas Health System ER Weslaco provides emergency care 24/7, unlike most urgent care centers and clinics that are open just eight to 16 hours per day. The ER is staffed with emergency room nurses and board-certified doctors, and equipped with the same diagnostic technology available in South Texas Health System’s emergency rooms attached to hospitals. The ER provides pediatric care in a dedicated treatment room.
